Just Get 10rs. Talktime loan
and activate 8rs. one day 3g pack,
But don't use any data.
(just remove your sim from
mobile for 24 hrs.)
Next day recharge with 10rs. as EC Recharge,
(now you are notified balance deduction for loan)
Now you are unblocked successfully..!!
